School Facilities

Infrastructure
Our School has all the necessary infrastructure to cater to the needs of the Modern World keeping alive our rich traditions.  We have spacious classrooms, laboratories, library, a sick room, an Annakshetra (Canteen) and a good playground.

FACULTY
We have 28 teachers and 2 members as the non-teaching staff.

LIBRARY
Our library has variety of books ranging from children’s literature to reference books. Fictions, Non fictions, reference and resource books are arranged in different sections of the library.  The library caters to the needs of both the students and the teachers.

DIGITAL CLASSROOM
The Edurite Company has trained all our teachers and enhanced the skill set of our faculty.  Digital classrooms provide concrete experiences and is a practical approach to the changing trends of the modern world.

COMPUTER LAB
Information Technology and its fast pace has prompted us to keep our children abreast with the modern trends and changing technology. Computers are introduced at an early age to help children overcome inhibitions and arouse interest.  Our lab has to 16 computers and we have experienced faculty to the cater to the needs of our children.

COMPOSITE SCIENCE LAB & MATHS LAB
The school has well equipped composite science lab and maths lab.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Academics and sports go hand-in-hand. Our playground gives students ample opportunity to develop their physical health along with their mental health. Mass Drill, Warm-up exercise, organized games, athletics help children learn discipline, teamwork and sportsmanship.

Outdoor Games:Kho-Kho, Football, Cricket, Throwball

Indoor Games:Chess, Carroms

PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM
All the classrooms are equipped with a public address system to provide tele-messages on various topics by Dr. N. Gopalakrishnan, and other eminent persons.

FINE ARTS
Classical Dance, Music and Keyboard, Yoga, Mridangam, Ebroidary and Tailoring are taught by talented and experienced teachers for the classes V and above as an option according to their aptitude and interest.

ART & CRAFT
Art and Craft is an integral part of the mainframe work.  It gives every child ample opportunity to develop their creative faculty.  It improves concentration and dexterity.

ABACUS
The Abacus class encourages children to stimulate all faculties of the brain.  It enhances memory power, co-ordination, speed and accuracy and mathematical skill. We provide abacus class for interested children.
